Prices for all properties include electricity, oil-fired central heating, towels and bed-linen.

Each property has a well-appointed kitchen, including fridge / freezer, microwave and toaster and electric kettle as well as a four ring stove with oven.

There are large shared gardens with lawns, patios, seating, ponds and barbecues.

Each apartment has a colour T.V. with video recorder, a radio and a large selection of books.

There is a separate laundry and drying area.

A cot and high chair are available on request.
