• 25% discount for 2 person occupancy in Kirkend or Lonnenend
• 25% discount for 1 person occupancy in The Stable
• 10% discount on the cheaper week when 2 consecutive weeks are booked in one cottage

Please note:

• Prices shown include the 5% direct booking discount - i.e. they are 5% lower than the prices you will pay if you book online
• Change over days are Fridays and Mondays with earliest check-in at 3.00pm and departure required by 10.00am unless otherwise agreed
• Prices are per property regardless of occupancy (to the stated maximum) - e.g. a week for 5 sharing in Kirkend in August costs less than £17 per person per night
• Dogs may be permitted to stay in Lonnenend or The Stable at an additional cost of £35 per dog per stay by prior arrangement
• Short breaks for 3 nights (Fri - Mon) or 4 nights (Mon - Fri) may be made available on request
• All last minute bookings are payable by cash on arrival
• All 3 cottages may be let to one large party - this will require payment of an extra £100 deposit which is fully refundable dependent on the condition of the properties at departure
